Bright makes it easy by providing you with a service plan (manufactured home warranty) that permits you to select your own contractor to inspect the item(s) in need of repair. Of course, we’ll help you find one, when necessary. Once you call to report the repair, and we verify the item is covered, you’ll receive the go-ahead to have the item fixed or replaced. You pay the contractor the $50 deductible and he contacts us for the balance due.
